Max's Garden Heathcote Shiraz
Wine
Two Hands Wines Max's Garden Heathcote Shiraz, produced in tiny quantities since 2003, is sourced from Colbinabbin at Heathcote in central Victoria.
The wine is part of the Garden Series, a study in the unique characters of Shiraz from various Australian wine regions. Heathcote Shiraz is shaped by its rust red Cambrian soils, thought to be some of the oldest in the world.
To showcase the pure influence of where the fruit is grown, all the Garden Series wines are vinified and matured identically. Only the best barrels comprise the final blend.
Deep red, Two Hands Wines Max's Garden Heathcote Shiraz is rich and earthy with a framework of savoury tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
